BuildMyPlanet is a Powell Play game, made by Powell Lines LLC. We read every message.

In the game, open the menu and tap Talk to us. Your message reaches the team with your player ID, and our reply shows up in the game. You can also email hello@powellplay.com. If you can, include your player ID (in the game under Settings).

Play on a new phone or computer

BuildMyPlanet has no passwords. Your player lives on your device. To move it, open Settings on your old device, copy your backup code (under "Keep your stuff forever"), then paste it into Settings on the new device and tap Restore. Your name, friends, gold and worlds come with you. Keep the code private: anyone who has it can play as you.

Someone is being unkind

Open People in the game and tap the flag next to the player to report them. They're muted for you straight away and our team reviews the report. World owners can also remove a player from their world.

Kid mode

Kid mode limits chat to Quick chat and only shows free-typed chat from friends. A parent sets a 4-digit PIN in Settings, and the PIN is needed to turn it off. It's stored only on that device.

Your data

Read the privacy policy, or delete your account and data. You can also ask by email and we'll do it within 30 days.
